Beneath the restaurant’s majestic glass dome and in a festive atmosphere, Executive Chef Simon Havage invites you to indulge in an exceptional brunch where every bite reveals refined Chinese flavours, from a selection of Dim Sum and salmon and sea bream sashimi to classic sweet and sour pork.

In the refined setting of Shang Palace, Chef Tony Xu presents a specially crafted menu for the occasion, featuring signature dishes such as Yellowtail “Lo Hei” with Kristal Caviar, delicate lobster Long Ha Kao, and roasted Peking duck, promising a culinary journey through the finest of Chinese gastronomy.

The Lion Dance
To honour this tradition, Shangri-La Paris welcomes you on the hotel's front courtyard for the opening of the festivities and the beginning of the Lion Dance.
A unique ceremony will take place throughout the Palace and guests will be able to follow in the hotel's public spaces, including Shang Palace and La Bauhinia.
